Our talent team booked Erin to do a workshop on The MYND movement at our leadership event. As CFO, I was a little sceptical in advance about what we would gain from the session, however it was easily one of the best sessions we’ve had offsite!

With deadlines, demands and long to-do lists, it’s never easy for people to carve out two hours of their day to attend a workshop. This was not the case with the MYND workshop run by Erin McElvogue.
People came into the session feeling frazzled and fidgety, and left two hours later feeling energised and refreshed. The session combined practical advice with a more holistic approach, blending the mental (mindfulness) and physical (stretching).
It was interactive rather than passive and encouraged the participants to think for themselves instead of being spoon fed the answers. Erin created a space for people to explore, experiment and – gasp – enjoy themselves.
